We are always growing and learning. We work with passionate stylists who are working on their curl certifications. I could not be more proud of Jacey and Tara for embracing the cutting techniques, care, and patience it takes to work with texture. I take great pride in every crown of curls and wavy mane I have the pleasure to shape and infuse with my love and energy. This is my passion as a stylist and my industry as a professional.

Here is what you can expect when you come to ZEF.
The Consult
The first step in helping us to create your best hair experience is to complete a new client profile and schedule a curl consultation. This 30-minute appointment allows us to assess your hair needs and the styling techniques you wish to learn.
Consult: $25
*Prepping for the consultation: wear your hair down and styled, preferably with no clips or ties – just loose.
From there, we will know how much time to reserve for your service appointment, whether it’s for color, a CurlbyCurl cut, styling, or a treatment. Your first appointment tends to be longer and more involved to create a comfortable environment and ensure we are on the same page and have the same vision moving forward.
Sculpting Day
Ensuring your vision has not changed since the consult, we move into our CurlbyCurl sculpting where you can watch your new style take shape while also discussing all things curl: future hair goals, coloring, cleansing, treatments, styling, etc.
$100-$150
(prices vary based on stylist’s expertise)
*Prepping for the day of your service: wear your hair down and styled. preferably on your favorite hair day between washing.
Follow-up
Maintaining your hair’s shape and follow-up visits may take half as much time and teaching. Please come with your hair styled the same and loosely worn for shape up visits. Maintenance appointments should be scheduled for less than 8 to 10 weeks.
$60-$85
